My Poor Popsy...

My poor father isn't getting any younger, yet, between the two of us girls, he's moving someone at least every year (and he thought that would end when we moved out of the dorms... ha!).  I just moved two weeks ago, and wanted him to know that I appreciated all of his hard work.  I made him this card and stuck a Lowes gift card in it.

I drew my inspiration from the Mojo Monday sketch for this week.

Materials:
All paper is from my scraps
Jolee's Boutique dimensional stickers "Moving"
EK Success border punch
Stampabilities stamp
Staz On Jet Black ink

Birthday Card

I am virus free, have an internet connection, and a newly organized craft room!  I'm ready to rock and roll on some projects!

I made this card for my cousin's 6th birthday.  My parents hosted a surprise party for him 2 days before his actual birthday.  Mind you, this is a 6-year-old going on 30.  He walked in, ran straight to his mom and said, "But Amy [he calls his parents by their first names], it's not my birthday yet."  After she explained that we did it early to surprise him, he said, "Did you just use grandma to distract me?"  I'm telling ya, my 2nd graders don't use that vocabulary at the end of the school year!

Materials:
Echo Park Rockstar and Awesome Dots paper and Bazzill solid cardstock
Birthday Bash cartridge; octopus cut at 4 in. and tag cut at 2 in.
The Ribbon Boutique ribbon
Martha Stewart punch and corner rounder punch
The Paper Studio red brad
Black Diamon, Diamond, Midnight and Lime Green Stickles
