All Virus-ed Out

I was all prepared to make another post, but... my computer came down with a nasty virus.  It took her two weeks to recover!  Yuck!

Then, last weekend I moved into a new apartment (much nicer - I'm moving up in the world!) and won't have internet hooked up until Thursday.  Just a few more days away!

Welcome Baby

Two days in a row?  What?!  Welcome to summer vacation!

My good friend had a baby girl on Tuesday!  I made this Mojo Monday-inspired card for her!

Paper:  Colorbok and scraps
Baby carriage:  Simply Charmed (cut at 1 3/4 in.)
Scalloped circle:  Sweet Treats Flower5 shadow (cut at 2 in.)
Ribbon:  The Paper Studio Ribbon Trends
Stamp:  My Pink Stamper Everyday Life
Ink:  Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip

The paper strips are 1 in. by 4 in..  I used a 1 in. circle punch for the scalloped border (I cut out circles and layered them underneath the ribbon.)

My Summer Resolution

This school year was so busy and stressful, with grad work piled on top of my grading and lesson plans.  I'm ready for a refreshing, craft-filled summer!

I participated in my first online challenge!  This color challenge comes from My Pink Stamper.  The challenge was to use orange, green, and turquoise.  I made this card as a thank you for a student who gave me a gift at the end of the year.

Cartridge:  Paisley (cut at 4 inches)
Paper:  Colorbok
Ribbon:  The Ribbon Boutique
Stamp:  My Pink Stamper Everyday Life
Ink:  Staz On Pumpkin
Orange Peel Stickles

PS - My next summer project?  Figuring out why my camera is taking fuzzy pictures!
